I just had to stick this on here. No, no one is holding a gun to my head. It is just that both of the kids are swimming this year, without grasping onto my neck like a cat going to the vet. Admiral took to the water quickly, and thinks that he is actually swimming. He doesn't attribute any of his talent to the floaties, which we learned when he jumped in without them. Thankfully he is alive today. Addie however didn't want to swim. She literally would just grab onto me so tight, that I didn't have room to move my head around. But one afternoon while swimming with just her, mom and me - she wanted to release my neck and swim to Mamaw. Then she started going back and forth. By the end of the week - I didn't have to be in the water. yea! Big end to the summer. I can't wait to see what happens next year - hopefully no floaties! Way to go kids.
